These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by RYUZENTECH PVT LTD (“RYUZENTECH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

RYUZENTECH provides AI-powered automation and optimization products under the ServiceHive platform, including:

Chat Agent – Automated conversational agents
SROP – ServiceHive Revenue Optimization Platform
Dynamic Pricing Model – Algorithmic pricing tools

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old
You must have legal authority to enter contracts
Services may be used only for lawful purposes

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated.

4.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials
All activity under your account is your responsibility
Unauthorized access must be reported immediately

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
Reverse engineering or copying the Services
System interference or security breaches
Harassment, abuse, or misleading behavior
Uploading malware, spam, or harmful content

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of RYUZENTECH or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for internal business use.

7. User Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of your data
RYUZENTECH acts as a data processor
Data is processed only to deliver Services
User data is never sold

8. AI, Automation & Decision-Making

AI outputs are assistive, not guarantees
Results depend on inputs and configurations
Final decisions remain your responsibility

9. Pricing, Billing & Payments

Fees apply as per selected plans
Usage-based charges may apply
Payments are non-refundable except as stated
Non-payment may lead to suspension

10. Suspension & Termination

Breach of Terms
Unlawful or abusive conduct
Failure to pay dues

11–19. Legal Provisions

These include Third-Party Integrations, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Changes to Terms, Force Majeure, and Severability as described in this policy.

Governing law shall be the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
