RYUZENTECH PVT LTD Refund and Cancellation policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a cancellation or refund for services purchased through our company. This policy applies to all custom software development services, including but not limited to website design and development, CRM systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital solutions provided by Ryuzentech Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

Cancellations • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 3 days of placing the service order or signing the project agreement. • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the project has already entered the execution phase — such as resource allocation, requirement gathering, initial design work, or development has commenced. • In such cases, the decision to process a cancellation request will be at the sole discretion of Ryuzentech Private Limited, and may involve applicable deductions based on the work already undertaken.

Non-Cancellable Services • Please note that custom software development services are personalized and tailored to the specific needs of each client. As such, once project development has begun, cancellations may not be possible. • No cancellations will be accepted for services that are billed on a subscription or milestone basis after work has commenced on the associated deliverables.

Refund Policy • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically applicable only if the service delivered is proven to be defective, non-functional, or not in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work. • In such events, the client must notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery or deployment of the service/module. • Refunds will not be issued for reasons of personal dissatisfaction or change of mind once the agreed project scope and functionalities have been delivered and approved by the client.

Defective or Incomplete Service Delivery • In the unlikely event that a delivered service is found to be faulty, non-operational, or materially different from the agreed project scope: o Clients must report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of service delivery or deployment. o Our technical team will assess the reported issues and, if verified, will offer appropriate corrective measures or partial/full refunds where applicable.

Third-Party Services and Licenses • In cases where our services involve third-party tools, hosting, plugins, or licenses, refunds will not be provided for costs incurred towards those services. Clients are advised to review the terms of such third-party providers separately.

Processing of Refunds • In instances where a refund is approved by Ryuzentech Private Limited, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed upon with the client.
