2. Subscription-Based Services

Most RYUZENTECH Services are offered on a subscription or usage-based model (monthly, quarterly, annual, or enterprise plans).

2.1 Cancellation by the User

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future billing cycles.
  • Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

2.2 No Automatic Refunds for Active Periods

  • Fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds for unused time, credits, or reduced usage.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Technical Failure

  • Service is completely unusable due to a verified RYUZENTECH fault
  • Issue reported within 7 days of billing
  • Issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

3.2 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

  • Multiple charges for the same subscription
  • Incorrect billing due to system error

3.3 Legal Requirement

Refunds will be issued where required by applicable consumer protection or payment regulations.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup or onboarding fees
  • Usage-based charges (API calls, messages, compute usage)
  • One-time purchases or add-ons
  • Charges due to user misconfiguration or misuse
  • Services already delivered or consumed
  • Custom or enterprise plans (unless contractually stated)

5. Free Trials and Promotions

  • Free trials are for evaluation purposes only
  • No refunds after conversion to paid plans
  • Discounted or promotional plans are non-refundable

6. Enterprise & Custom Contracts

For enterprise clients, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or contract. This policy applies only where not superseded by written terms.

7. Suspension or Termination

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Misuse threatening platform integrity

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Contact support before initiating chargebacks
  • Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension
  • Disputes are supported with logs and records
