2. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon a valid request, we can delete:

  • Configuration and usage data related to our products
  • Conversation logs and interaction data
  • Social media integration data (where permitted)

Note: Certain data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, or billing purposes.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Send a Request Email

Step 2: Include the Following Information

  • Products used (Chat Agent / SROP / Dynamic Pricing)

Step 3: Identity Verification

For security purposes, we may request additional verification before processing your deletion request.

4. Processing Timeline

  • Request acknowledgment within 7 business days
  • Deletion completed within 30 days (unless legally extended)
  • Confirmation email sent after completion

5. Impact of Data Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • Your account will be permanently closed
  • Access to Services will be revoked
  • All configurations and data will be irreversibly removed

Data deletion cannot be undone.

6. Data Retained After Deletion

Limited data may be retained for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Accounting, invoicing, or tax obligations
  • Fraud prevention or security investigations

Such data is securely stored with restricted access.

7. Data in Backups

  • Deleted data is removed from active systems first
  • Encrypted backup copies may temporarily exist
  • Backups are erased or anonymized within 90 days

8. Third-Party Integrations

If you have connected third-party platforms:

  • You may need to request deletion directly from them
  • Their policies and timelines may differ

RYUZENTECH is not responsible for third-party data retention practices.

9. Children’s Data

Our Services are not intended for users under 16 years of age. If minor data is identified, it will be deleted immediately upon verification.

We may update this page periodically. Updates will be posted here with the revised date.
